It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the Kalutara Clinical Society and to share our vision for the years ahead.
It is a great privilege and honour to serve as the president of the Kalutara Clinical Society for the term 2026–2027. Our society is dedicated to promoting professional excellence, academic advancement, and collegiality among healthcare professionals within our district.
As we move forward, we are committed to creating a vibrant platform for continuous learning and collaboration. Our future plans include conducting regular Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities on a monthly basis, organizing inter-collegiate academic programs to strengthen professional networks, and hosting Annual Scientific Sessions that showcase research and innovations in clinical practice.
We are also planning to launch a scientific journal to encourage research, publication, and the dissemination of knowledge among our members. In addition to our academic endeavours, we aim to foster stronger bonds among members through meaningful social and community-oriented activities.
Together, we can build a dynamic and progressive professional community that contributes to the advancement of healthcare and ultimately improves the well-being of the people we serve.
